Fibonacci

Snow-in-summer is an example of a five-petal flower. Five is a Fibonacci number, but is that why the more flowers have five petals than have four or six? Probably not. The petals grow at the same time and don't "pack" as the seeds of a sunflower or leaves of the artichoke.
